Follow newly elected commissioner Roddy Flynn as he traverses the landscape of the European Union bureaucracy. Supported by the actual brains of the operation Louise O'Gorman (Louise O'Toole) the new commissioner must learn how the EU works, what his role is and how it can defend itself in an every more nationalistic and protectionist world. This is a satire with a new message, the EU is changing and they have something to say...the only issue is no one actually can agree what that is.
